Seller Terms of Use

Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. Scope

These Seller Terms govern your use of Sourcia as a dropshipper/seller: importing supplier products, publishing them to your storefront, and fulfilling customer orders through the platform.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate business information and keep your account credentials confidential. One person may operate multiple stores (organizations) under one account.

3. Product Listings

You may import products from the Sourcia marketplace and set your own selling price above the supplier cost. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you add to your listings.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders you submit are routed to the supplier for fulfillment. Delivery timelines shown are estimates provided by suppliers. Sourcia coordinates but does not itself warehouse or ship goods.

5. Fees & Settlement

Platform fees (per-order fees, packing, and logistics fees) are shown in the Profit Calculator before you confirm a price. Your margin is credited to your wallet once an order is delivered and cash is collected.

6. Withdrawals

Wallet balances can be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Sourcia may hold funds for orders under dispute or suspected of fraud.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misrepresent products, manipulate prices after customer confirmation, contact suppliers outside the platform to circumvent fees, or use customer data for anything beyond fulfilling the order.

8. Termination

Sourcia may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; outstanding settlements will be completed first.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
