Supplier Terms
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Scope
These Supplier Terms govern your use of the Sourcia Partner App: publishing products to the marketplace, fulfilling seller orders, and receiving payouts.
2. Account & Anonymity
You must provide accurate business information. Sellers see your products under a generated supplier code — your business name is not exposed on the marketplace.
3. Product Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings: pricing, stock levels, images, and descriptions. Products must be lawful, authentic, and safe. Sourcia may remove listings that violate platform policy.
4. Stock & Pricing
Keep stock levels current. Price changes are pushed through the Price Updates flow and never silently change a seller's live price — sellers review and accept updates.
5. Fulfillment
Orders must be confirmed and shipped within your stated SLA (72 hours or less). Repeated fulfillment failures may result in delisting or account suspension.
6. Payouts
Supplier payouts are released after an order is delivered and cash is collected, then withdrawn to your registered bank account (RIB) in your local currency. Sourcia may hold payouts for orders under dispute.
7. Commission & Fees
The platform commission in effect is shown in your dashboard. Sourcia currently charges 0% supplier commission at launch; changes will be announced in advance.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not contact end customers directly, include marketing material in parcels that circumvents the platform, list counterfeit goods, or manipulate stock/pricing to disadvantage sellers.
9. Termination
Sourcia may suspend supplier accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding payouts for delivered orders will be settled on termination unless withheld for fraud or disputes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
