By using Shipito, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Platform

Shipito is a commerce platform connecting dropshippers and suppliers. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Shipito facilitates order placement between dropshippers and suppliers. We do not guarantee specific delivery timelines or take responsibility for supplier fulfillment errors unless expressly stated.

5. Payments and Fees

Platform fees, if any, are stated at the time of subscription. Payment settlements between dropshippers and suppliers are currently handled manually outside the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or otherwise misuse the platform. You may not upload harmful content, attempt to breach security, or impersonate other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipito shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
